3. Place a new order online for the correct item(s)
4. Return the original items using the return label provided
5. Include the completed return form in your package
6. Write your new order number clearly on the return form

We cover the return shipping AND the new shipment!

Exchanges are processed as a new purchase, and the return will be refunded once received and inspected.
